Project Implementation

Stage I - Analysis of Customer needs

We started the process of finding the right candidate by understanding the technical requirements provided by the client. The key skills were Angular (at least 12+), RxJs, NgRx, JavaScript, TypeScript. As the work was to take place in an international environment, very good English language skills were required.

Phase II - Database and labor market verification

Our first action after discerning the requirements presented by the client was to verify the database of candidates, as well as to check the availability of specialists in the external market. The information about working in an international environment generated a lot of interest from potential candidates; however, few people met the requirements. The selected candidates were verified for their skills by our internal technical department, so the profiles could be presented to the client with a clear conscience.

Stage III - Presentation and Selection of a Suitable Candidate

The candidates were presented to the client, who in a short time decided on one of them. Our actions made it possible to respond quickly and maintain the pace the client expected - the decision was made in just a few days.

Stage IV - Negotiation of terms and conditions of employment with the candidate.

 

Our last action was to negotiate the terms of the contract with the candidate, which was successful. We were focused, as in every case, on mutual benefit and satisfaction with mutual future cooperation.
