Project Implementation

Stage I - Understanding Needs

At the outset, we focused on gaining a thorough understanding of the Bank's expectations. Experience in enterprise-class projects was key, but equally important was the ability to find our way in a large program implemented together with vendors.

Stage II - Selection of Candidates

Based on our resources and active networking, we began looking for experts who combined technical competence with experience in corporate environments. We also took into account the willingness to work in a hybrid model, which limited the pool of available people.

Stage III - Presentation and Selection of a Suitable Candidate

The client received a short list of candidates best suited to the profile. From among them, an expert was selected who stood out not only for his technical knowledge, but also for his predisposition to represent the Bank in relations with an external partner.

Stage IV - Contract Negotiations

At the request of the client, we took over the conduct of talks on the terms of cooperation. Our experience in similar processes allowed us to quickly reach a satisfactory agreement for both parties.

Effects of the Project

Thanks to the efficient process and experience of our team, we were able to reinforce the client's team with a key IT specialist in a short period of time. The expert was perfectly matched in terms of technical competence and soft skills, which ensured effective performance in the project.

Rapid strengthening of the team

The recruitment process resulted in the smooth hiring of an expert, which enabled the client to begin key work without risking delays.

Perfect profile fit

We found a specialist who had both extensive technical experience and the soft skills to work effectively on a project with a vendor.

Successful contract talks

By taking over the negotiations, we ensured a smooth process and optimized the terms of cooperation.

Customer satisfaction and continued cooperation

The project was carried out fully as expected, and the client appreciated the quality of the support and the efficiency of the activities. This strengthened our long-standing relationship and opened the way for further joint initiatives.
