What is the Referral Program?

The referral program lets you recommend a proven IT specialist or a company with potential for a new project. For every successful referral, you earn points – for both candidates and business partners. Plus, with our chain referral system, you benefit when your referrals refer others. Points accumulate and can be exchanged for cash rewards.

This is your Career Management Center and access to the community.

Refer a Friend – Your Step-by-Step Guide

STEP 1: REFER

Send a friend your unique referral link, so they will create an account and assign the referral to you.

STEP 2: CONTRACT

To increase the chances of getting hired, you can identify a specific project that your candidate fits into.

STEP 3: FULFILL THE CONDITIONS

If a person works on the project for a minimum of 3 months, you receive points.

STEP 4: EXCHANGE FOR MONEY

You can exchange the points you receive for money.

STEP 5: THE NETWORK THAT WORKS ON

If your referral refers another person - you also receive points. Your chain of referrals can grow all the time.

Connected Referrals Network

  • Send a friend a unique registration link and invite him
    to create an account on the platform.
  • You get points for each person who becomes
    contracted on the project by XHR and is with you
    connected by a chain of command to the platform.
  • The number of points depends on the level in the command chain.
  • The maximum number of scored levels is: 4.
  • One point equals 1 PLN
Project Referral – Step-by-Step Process

STEP 1: PROJECT SUBMISSION

Do you notice an open project at another company? Report it through the platform, providing the client's contact information.

STEP 2: VERIFICATION

Our recruitment team checks whether the project is current and feasible.

STEP 3: PUBLICATION AND RECRUITMENT

If everything checks out, the project goes to HR—we look for a specialist who can carry it out.

STEP 4: REWARD FOR EFFECTIVENESS

When the candidate signs the contract and works on the project for a minimum of 3 months - you receive points that can be exchanged for money.
