Your Role in the Project

We are looking for a person to support sales development in the public sector, particularly in cooperation with local government units. The role involves independently opening new business areas, building relationships with municipalities, and supporting digitalization projects.

About project

Our technology partner – Nastap Tech – specializes in solutions for public administration, especially in the area of managing educational facilities. The company supports regions and institutions in digitizing processes and creating services that genuinely make life easier for residents, administration, and local service providers.
Due to continued sales growth, we are looking for someone who will help identify the needs of municipalities, develop cooperation, and actively acquire new clients.
If you enjoy working in the field, building strong relationships, and efficiently managing sales processes, this could be a great role for you.

 

Terms of reference

  • Independently opening new municipalities and sales areas (phone, email, field visits).
  • Getting contact information for decision-makers and conducting meetings.
  • Gather key information: needs, budgets, purchasing process, deadlines.
  • Data entry into CRM and lead handover with the standard: contact + context + next step + deadline.
  • Conducting sales calls and closing smaller projects after learning about the offer.
  • Work in the model: 3 days in the field / 2 days operational in the Poznań office.

Required competencies

  • Experience in new business development – independent client acquisition.
  • Freedom in telemarketing and field sales.
  • The ability to conduct a conversation to an agreed-upon next step and deadline.
  • Systematic and independent action.
  • Good follow-up habits and effectiveness in closing processes.

 

Welcome

  • Experience in public sector sales (B2G).
  • Knowledge of the education, local government, or social projects sectors.
  • Experience in selling services, training, or design solutions.
