Project: Oracle HCM Cloud – Senior Technical Package Specialist
For a HCM stabilisation initiative, we are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Package Specialist. The role focuses on resolving complex technical issues, improving system stability, and developing integrations and enhancements across the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Project Overview
Our client is running a stabilisation and improvement programme for their current Oracle HCM Cloud platform. You will support the ongoing optimisation of the system, contribute to developing integrations, and ensure high data quality across Core HR processes. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and Oracle Support teams to analyse issues, propose solutions, and implement technical fixes.
Duration: 210 days (23/03/2026 – 10/02/2027) + extensions
Wage:: up to 560 EUR net/day
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Investigating and implementing fixes and enhancements within the existing Oracle HCM system.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and Oracle Support to resolve complex technical issues and propose effective solutions or workarounds.
- Designing, developing, and deploying inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — adapters, orchestration flows, mappings.
- Improving data quality by performing data corrections using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Developing and enhancing user interface pages using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Addressing advanced technical questions and providing expert guidance.
- Working within an international team and supporting ongoing stabilisation efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Designing and implementing integrations using OIC adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings.
- Oracle HCM Cloud, especially Core HR modules and data structures.
- REST/SOAP APIs and connectivity agents for integrations with external systems.
- Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data corrections and data quality improvements.
- Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for UI enhancements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose scalable technical solutions.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and drive tasks independently.

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM technical configuration such as:
- Fast formulas
- BI Publisher / OTBI reporting
- HCM Extracts
