Your Role in the Project

We are looking for a person for Codigmatic who can independently lead the entire sales process - From the first contact, through the qualification of needs, to the finalization of cooperation and the start of the project.
This is a position for someone who likes to be proactive, build relationships and make a real impact on the company's development.

About the company

Codigmatic is a Poznan-based software house operating within the Lukardi S.A. group.
The team works on projects implemented in technologies Java, React, Node.js, as well as in cloud environments. The company specializes in the development of dedicated web and mobile applications and system integrations - for clients who need tailor-made design solutions.

Terms of reference

This is a role for a person who actively reaches out to customers - does not wait for ready-made leads, but builds a pipeline and initiates conversations on its own.
Your goal is to understand the client's situation, identify business potential and lead to a specific next step: workshop, audit, discovery or pilot. Daily tasks include:

  • seeking new customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, networking, events, live meetings),
  • Conducting discussions with decision makers on the business and IT side,
  • Identify needs, budget and decision-making process,
  • Sales of design and technology services,
  • Running several sales processes in parallel,
  • Ensuring a transparent pipeline and reliable qualification,
  • Communicating well-described opportunities to the operations team.

Who are we Looking for to Join the Project Team?

  • Has experience in B2B sales of technology, design or consulting services,
  • Can independently build a customer base,
  • He speaks freely to both business and technical people,
  • is well organized and can handle running several processes at once,
  • He enjoys meeting with clients and working „in the field.”.

Terms of cooperation

  • Salary: base + performance-based bonus,
  • flexible work arrangements,
  • Partnership approach and clear communication,
  • Participation in projects with real potential for long-term cooperation,
  • company car.

Place of work

  • 3 days of active work with clients (in the field),
  • 2 days of work in the office in Poznan - follow-ups, contact with clients, reporting, discussions with the team.

Form of cooperation

  • Employment contract or B2B contract.
