Project Description
The project focuses on the development and optimization of key business processes within an enterprise environment. The person in this role will be responsible for business requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and support of transformation initiatives delivered in Agile and hybrid models.
The role involves close cooperation with business, IT, and delivery teams, participation in workshops and decision-making processes, as well as active involvement in defining and improving business processes and analytical documentation within a complex international project environment.

Role in the project and scope of tasks:
The person in this role will act as a Senior IT Analyst responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and coordinating cooperation between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Analyze and gather business and functional requirements
- Cooperate with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Conduct analytical workshops and clarify business needs
- Model and optimize business processes
- Create and maintain analytical and project documentation
- Support delivery teams during project and transformation initiatives
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential process improvements
- Participate in solution definition and support implementation activities
- Work in an Agile / Scrum environment within an international project setting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst within an enterprise environment
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements as well as preparing analytical and functional documentation
- Ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in project and transformation teams
- Znajomość metodyk Agile / Scrum oraz doświadczenie w pracy w zespołach projektowych i transformacyjnych
- Experience in business process modeling and end-to-end process analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex international project environment
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in the financial / banking sector will be considered a strong advantage
