Project Description
The candidate will join the testing team for a well-known financial institution in Luxembourg. The project starts on 01.06.2026 and is expected to last until 31.12.2026, with possible extensions from our Client. We offer a hybrid work model - 60% onsite at the office in Luxembourg.
Role in the project and scope of tasks:
We are looking for a person to ensure software quality through test automation and tasks such as:
- Defining and communicating test strategies and ensuring compliance with process standards and industry regulations
- Planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and reporting test cases and test plans (system and/or acceptance tests)
- Managing all test processes using appropriate testing tools and techniques
- Validation of test results in accordance with requirements (including safety regulations)
- Ensuring that implementation risks are appropriately understood and documented
- Customer relationship management and identification of process improvements (in the area of testing)
Required Skills & Experience:
Documented experience (minimum 7 years) in:
- Defining and communicating test strategies and ensuring compliance with process standards and industry regulations
- Planning, designing, coordinating, executing, and reporting test cases and test plans (system and/or acceptance tests)
- Managing all testing processes using appropriate testing tools and techniques
- Validation of test results in accordance with requirements (including safety regulations)
- Ensuring that implementation risks are appropriately understood and documented
- Zarządzania relacjami z klientem oraz identyfikowania usprawnień procesowych (w zakresie testów)
- Znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji testów: Leapwork
- Proven experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Dodatlowe wymagane kompetencje i umiejętności:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (in English, both spoken and written)
- Teamwork skills, openness, critical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Punctuality and adherence to agreed deadlines
