For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Web Content Specialist / CMS Content Administrator to support the team responsible for digital content management on websites and in internal systems.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable working with CMS systems, can independently carry out tasks related to publishing and editing content, and ensures that the content is accurate, timely, and in line with business requirements.
We are looking for a thorough, responsible, and independent person.The scope of responsibilities will include both day-to-day content operations and close collaboration with technical and business teams to manage requests, implement updates, and ensure smooth delivery of publications.
Due to the nature of the financial industry and regulatory requirements, some content must be published within strictly defined deadlines. Therefore, strong attention to detail, accountability, accuracy, and the ability to deliver tasks on time are essential for this role.
Your Role in the Project:
You will be responsible for:
- managing incoming content requests,
- making updates within the CMS,
- maintaining existing website sections,
- ensuring that all published materials meet quality and accuracy standards,
- close cooperation with IT and Marketing teams to coordinate changes and support smooth content delivery.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently while following established processes. You will be expected to oversee assigned activities from initial request through to successful publication.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Practical knowledge of managing and maintaining digital content using content management tools
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for content editing and website updates
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript would be an advantage
- Ability to independently manage website content and handle content-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Good time management skills and ability to deliver tasks within agreed deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Experience working with predefined processes, guidelines, and documentation
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and managing content-related requests
- Intermediate level of English (B1/B2)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SEO principles and content optimization
- Background in working with custom-built CMS solutions
- Basic graphic editing skills (e.g., resizing, cropping, or adjusting images)
- Previous experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments
- Experience in roles requiring a high level of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail when managing published materials
Scope of tasks:
- Manage the publication of new content and maintain existing materials across company websites and internal platforms
- Update and maintain existing web pages and sections using the CMS
- Work with a dedicated, custom-built Content Management System tailored to business needs
- Apply basic HTML/CSS changes to support content updates (without application development or advanced programming)
- Handle content-related requests through the ticketing system and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Review published materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
- Maintain high quality and ensure content updates are delivered according to agreed timelines
- Collaborate closely with IT and Marketing teams to coordinate content changes and improvements
- Create and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and working instructions
- Perform basic image and graphic adjustments, including:
- resizing images,
- cropping,
- rotating,
- preparing visual materials for publication
Terms of cooperation / What we offer:
- Role: Web Content Specialist / CMS Content Administrator
- Engagement model: B2B contract through Lukardi
Workload: Part-time engagement (75% FTE) - Work model Fully remote with the option to work from Lukardi offices in Warsaw or Poznań
- Contract duration: Long-term cooperation, minimum 12–18 months
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Recruitment process: Up to 2 remote interview stages
- Occasional out-of-hours availability: Availability may be required approximately 1–2 times per month to support time-sensitive content publications outside standard working hours (16:00–23:00) or during weekends. Such situations are expected to be exceptional and driven by publication deadlines and regulatory requirements.
