More Than 10 Years of Experience

Our story began in 2012 under the brand name Aniołowie Konsultingu. From the very beginning, we focused on recruiting and outsourcing IT specialists - first in the area of SAP and IFS systems, and over time also in other technologies.

Over the years, we have worked with some of the largest consulting firms in Poland and abroad, successfully connecting experts with projects that drive digital transformation.

New Challenges

Today we operate as Lukardi Talents, but our philosophy doesn't change - we continue to focus on quality, trust and long-term relationships.

The new brand means fresh energy and new opportunities, but the same team and the same commitment.

Marcin Buszewicz

Lukardi Talents Team Manager

He has been involved in IT recruitment for many years, implementing projects for major banks, international corporations, and organizations. He specializes in team building, supporting company development, and optimizing HR processes. At Lukardi Talents, he is responsible for coordinating and conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring not only the effectiveness of activities but also the company's image as a partner in the labor market. 

On a daily basis, he supervises the work of the team, sets recruitment priorities, and measures the effectiveness of activities in relation to business objectives and seasonality. He has experience in reorganizing structures, implementing tools to streamline processes, and developing customer and candidate databases. 

He is also involved in expanding the recruitment team, developing competencies, and initiatives that strengthen the company's position in foreign markets. 

Marta Buszewicz

Business Relationship Manager

At Lukardi Talents, she is responsible for managing relationships with business partners and implementing recruitment projects for middle and senior management positions in the IT sector. She combines recruitment skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. 

He manages comprehensive recruitment processes: from candidate acquisition, through selection and interviews, to finalizing cooperation. He cares about the quality of the candidate experience by implementing feedback mechanisms and measures to streamline processes. He supports a positive employer image and develops standards of cooperation in a spirit of partnership and transparency. 

She began her adventure in the industry as an HR Assistant, where she supported the team in operational activities and gained a solid foundation in conducting recruitment processes. 

Magdalena Krzyzaniak

Business Relationship Manager

She gained her experience in the IT industry as an ERP systems consultant, implementing IT products for Polish and foreign clients. She has experience in analyzing business processes in manufacturing companies and in conducting workshops and training courses for users. In later years, she was also involved in the SAP environment in various support roles.

Julia Pedynkowska

HR Development Specialist

Since the beginning of his career, he has focused on activities that support the development of people and organizations. At Lukardi Talents, she is responsible for areas related to employee experience - from employee benefits, to coordination of the referral program, to administration of the XHR platform. She participated in the development of this tool from the ground up, translating the real needs of contractors and the company into functional, scalable solutions.

On a daily basis, she manages internal communications and supports the onboarding process. He is also involved in the design of initiatives that increase engagement and cooperation satisfaction.

A psychologist by training, she graduated from the University of Gdansk. At work, she values authenticity, empathy and real impact on the experience of colleagues and candidates.
