Successful recruitment of four specialists to an international defense organization headquartered in the US
TECHNOLOGIES FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Customer Profile
As the international defense organization embarked on a five-year technology modernization program, there was a need to recruit four highly skilled professionals: a DevSecOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, Product Manager and UI/UX Designer. The scope of the project included working fully remotely in the US time zone, which required the candidates to be ready to function in non-standard operational conditions. The recruitment process also required the preparation of resumes in strictly defined formats and the submission of a detailed, bullet-pointed statement of experience in accordance with the organization's formal requirements. At the same time, the lack of a top-down budget made it possible to recommend candidates with the highest level of competence and offer competitive rates tailored to their experience.
Purpose of the Project
Reaching out to candidates with the very high level of specialization and proven experience required by an international defense organization.
Preparing resumes in the client's strictly defined formats and presenting detailed, measurable evidence of competence in accordance with its point system, which significantly increased the level of formalization.
Obtain experts who are ready to work in the US time zone and meet all the formal requirements specific to recruiting with an institution with high security standards.
