With the development of digital transformation projects and a growing number of initiatives for clients in various industries, the client saw a need to strengthen the Project Management Office team.

Purpose of the Project

To attract an individual who will combine project management and business analysis competencies to support the organization both operationally and strategically

Recruitment was conducted directly by the Head of Project Excellence (PMO/COO), ensuring that the process was consistent with the real needs of the team and the PMO's long-term development vision

Design challenges

We were looking for a candidate who:

Can lead end-to-end projects - from planning to implementation,

understands business needs and effectively translates them into requirements for IT teams,

finds himself working with clients in the digital transformation stage,

combines hard skills with a mature partnership attitude and high communication skills.

An additional challenge was to find a person who would fit well into the PMO culture and be willing to grow with the organization.

The recruitment process was planned and carried out in a comprehensive manner:

  • publishing announcements on LinkedIn,
  • Active use of internal commands,
    Direct search and direct contact with selected candidates,
  • Profile selection and analysis,
    Comparison of competencies, experience and development potential,
  • discussions conducted from the perspective of real project challenges,
  • Transparent negotiation of the terms of cooperation.


The entire process was conducted in close cooperation with the future supervisor, which made it possible to quickly verify the substantive and organizational fit.
