Java backend application development and maintenance
Working on a new web application architecture
implementation of business logic for banking and financial systems
Collaborating with the Lukardi S.A. development team and client-side stakeholders
Taking care of code quality, testability and stability of solutions
Working in a containerized environment (Docker).
Project Stages
Customer needs analysis - Clarify technical requirements (Java, enterprise environment, Agile) and soft skills needed for the banking project.
Actively solicit candidates - Utilizing the company's own base, networking and direct search to reach out to experienced Backend Developers.
Selection and verification of competencies - Conducting interviews, assessing project experience and fit with the client's organizational culture.
Recommendation and finalization of cooperation - Presentation of the shortlist, coordination of discussions with the client and support in the negotiation and signing of the contract.
Project Implementation
Stage I - Understanding Needs
Before we moved on to the selection of specialists available in our database, we focused on a thorough identification of the Bank's expectations. Experience in projects in Agile methodology, very good knowledge of Java, as well as experience in developing web applications were key.
