Project Implementation
Stage I - Analysis of Customer Needs
We started with a thorough understanding of the technical and soft requirements. AWS certification, experience in cloud migrations, building platforms from scratch, working in Agile methodology and fluency in English were key. An additional challenge was the need to work in the office min. 2 times a week - which significantly limited the pool of available candidates.
Stage II - Verification of Candidates and Selection
We searched our database of specialists and began an active search among candidates with the right competencies and readiness for hybrid work. Despite the high level of interest, only a small group met all the requirements. After a thorough selection, we presented the three best-fit engineers to the client.
Stage III - Presentation of the Candidate
The candidates were efficiently presented to the client, who in a short time decided on one of them. Our actions made it possible to respond quickly and maintain the pace the client expected - the decision was made in just a few days.
Stage IV - Negotiation of the Terms of Cooperation
At the client's request, we also took over the discussion of financial terms. Thanks to our experience in negotiations, we reached a mutual agreement.
Effects of the Project
With a precise approach and effective recruitment process, Lukardi Talents met the challenge in a short time, supporting the client at every stage.
Quickly hire an expert
In a very short period of time, we were able to select and hire a senior AWS DevOps Engineer, which allowed the client to continue important projects without delays.
Matching presence requirements
Although the requirement to work stationary at least twice a week significantly limited the pool of candidates, it was possible to find a highly qualified specialist who met this requirement without sacrificing flexibility or quality of work.
Effective negotiations
The Lukardi Talents team successfully negotiated the terms of cooperation, which significantly optimized the cost of the project.
High level of satisfaction and long-term cooperation
The client expressed full satisfaction with the quality of service and the results of the recruitment, so the project was added to Lukardi Talents' list of successes, strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the IT recruitment field.
